Refund Policy

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided and can demonstrate that the service does not meet the standards as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Service Cancellation: If a client cancels services before the commencement date as specified in the service agreement, they may be eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined in the agreement.

  • Overpayment: If a client has made an overpayment, whether due to a billing error or other reasons, a refund for the excess amount will be processed.

2. Refund Procedure: To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  • Contact Vafadoost Digital Agency within 48 hours from the date of the issue giving rise to the refund request.

  • Provide all necessary documentation, including a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds must be requested in writing and sent to mohsen@vafadoost.com

  • Vafadoost Digital Agency will acknowledge receipt of the refund request within 1 business day.

3. Refund Approval: Refunds will be approved or denied based on the evaluation of the circumstances surrounding the request. Vafadoost Digital Agency reserves the right to assess each request individually and make a decision accordingly.

4. Refund Amount: The refund amount, if approved, will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the request and the terms outlined in the service agreement. Refunds may be provided in the original payment method or an alternative method as agreed upon by both parties.

5. Refund Timeline: The time it takes to process a refund may vary, depending on the complexity of the request and payment method. Vafadoost Digital Agency will make every effort to process refunds promptly, typically within 5 business days after approval. Keep in mind that some payment process systems take up to 30 days before a transaction is completely processed.

6. Non-Refundable Services: Some services provided by Vafadoost Digital Agency may be non-refundable as specified in the service agreement or during the purchase process. These services are not eligible for a refund.

7. Changes to Refund Policy: Vafadoost Digital Agency reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
