Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Consultation Fee: Each 40-minute consultation is $300 CAD. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. The full consultation fee will be charged. Data & Security: All personal and payment information is securely stored on Wix hosting. Privacy & Terms: This policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which apply separately and govern the use of our services and website.
